Prolapsed Intervertebral Discs with Radiculopathy

A 56 years old woman with UL Hypertension and Dyslipidemia with complaint of left leg weakness and pain and tingling sensation x 1/12; following which she was suggested for MRI. Also referred for left lower limb claudication secondary to PVD. Already did the MRI on 29/6/24 and noted to have multilevel lumber disc herniation at L1-S1 with radiculopathy associated with lumbar spondylosis. Still having progressive back pain with on and off left leg numbness. How should I proceed in order to get treatment at Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu? Should I make an appointment with speacialist directly? If yes what speacialist should I ask for (orthopaedic,spine)?
