Urology - BPH PVP Treatment | Gleneagles Hospital
Urology - BPH PVP Treatment
I have BPH, and I would like to get a PVP laser removal treatment. Does your hospital have this technology?
FYI - I am currently using a catheter since mid October when I had urinary retention. I had an MRI scan in Thailand. I apparently have a PSA 14, and a 2.4 cm DWI restricted lesion on my prostate. My prostate gland is about 56.3 ml. the PSA ratio=.25.

At the present time, I will need to get a biopsy of the lesion, but I am so tired of using this catheter for two months now. I want to get a PVP laser treatment. I live in the south of Thailand and can come to GlenEagles for this if you have PVP technology.
So my question is, how soon could I come, and approximately how long will I need to be in the hospital for the treatment.
Finally, could you give me an idea of the approximate cost. I am 66 years old, retired, resident in Thailand, have no income, no insurance, only my savings. I can however pay cash for this service.
Can you help?
Thank you!
Richard
