Perindropril itself doesn't cause the symptoms directly but if the blood pressure drops too much then those symptoms are possible. Best to check the blood pressure during the symptoms - if too low then the dose may need to be adjusted. If the bp is normal at that time then maybe it is a one-off reaction and the medication may be switched by your doctor to a different type.
