Oral thrush in lower lip

Hi there, it been a year since i suffered this disease (candida,oral thrush in lower lip ONLY ) and I have been going treatment with many medicines like acyclovir,intranazole,flucanazole and many antiviral medicines from various clinics and hospital apparently still not heal completely.
Therefore, I would like to book an appointment with specialist so which one department should i refer like dermatologist or ID specialist or oncologist.
