New Allergies & Intolerence

I'm Female, 40yo. Post COVID, I have developed additional allergies and intolerence which I never had before. This includes worsening sinus, or sinus reactions towards alcohol or dusty conditions. In addition to that, I seemed to have developed additional intolerence towards lactose and seafood. May I know if I would need a consult, or get an allergy test straightaway to save time?
