I want to ask about my breast implant

I am a 73 years old female. I'm from Indonesia. About 20 years ago, I've got my breast implant. But now, one of my implant not in the right position. One of my implant getting higher and the other one getting lower from the original position. What doctor specialist should I visit in Gleneagles Hospital?
