Dear Dr ENT specialist,

I would like to check with you whether Gleneagles could furnish me with the following tests? I'm asking this as I'm considering purchasing hearing aids, and for the reimbursement of them I need the following data/evidence:
- The prescription of the specialist doctor for otorhinolaryngology, stating the results of a tonal audiometry;

- As well as a detailed report from the hearing prosthetist with the results of a vocal audiometry in free field, with and without the proposed device(s) (figures possibly supplemented with intelligibility curves) and a localization test (IGLS, CLT or other comparable tests) of the stereophonic equipment versus monophonic equipment. The brand and type of hearing aid must also be stated.
