You can sign up for the pharmacy drive-thru service by scanning the QR code provided on your certified true copy of the prescription. The QR code is also available on our posters, flyers, and our official website.

2. Am I required to scan the QR code each time I request for the pharmacy drive-thru service?

You do not have to scan the QR code as it is for new sign ups only. If you have used the pharmacy drive-thru service before, you can just contact us via Whatsapp (+60126828582) and we will fulfil your request accordingly.

3. Can I pick up medications for someone else through the drive-thru?

Yes, you can pick up medications on behalf of someone else through the drive-thru. We will require the patient’s original/certified true copy of the prescription at the drive-thru upon collection of medications. Additionally, the person collecting the medications on behalf of the patient should indicate their name, identification number, and initials at the back of the prescription, as directed by our pharmacy staff.

4. What items can I get through the pharmacy drive-thru?

You can get any items through the drive-thru, provided that they are prescribed by our doctors and are used long term. However, please check with our pharmacists to confirm whether your prescription is eligible at our pharmacy counter or contact us via the options below:

5. Do I need to provide any identification or prescription details when using the drive-thru?

You only need to provide the original/certified true copy of the prescription upon collection of medications at the drive-thru.

6. Can I get over-the-counter medications or health products through the drive-thru?

No, you can only get medications based on your prescription from Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur. We do not provide drive-thru service for purchasing of over-the-counter medications or health products.

7. Is the drive-thru service available for all medications, including controlled substances?

Yes, the drive-thru service is available for all medications based on your prescription from Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

8. How long does it typically take to receive my medications through the drive-thru?

We will contact you via Whatsapp within 3 working days from your request to provide a time slot for the collection of your medications at the drive-thru. No waiting is necessary as long as you can arrive within the time slot we have allocated for you.

9. Are there any additional fees associated with using the drive-thru service?

No, there are no additional fees imposed for using the drive-thru service. Our drive-thru service is available free of charge for all our patients who are eligible.

11. Can I request a new prescription refill through the pharmacy drive-thru?

No, requests for new prescription refills should be made directly from the clinic. Please inform the clinic staff that you wish to use the drive-thru service and we will contact you within 3 working days upon receiving the prescription to reconfirm your request.

12. Are there any limitations on the quantity of medications I can pick up through the drive-thru?

No, there are no limitations on the quantity of medications for the drive-thru. We will supply the medications as per your prescription. For patients under insurance or a guarantee letter, we would supply medications based on your respective coverage.

13. Are there any insurance or payment requirements when using the drive-thru service?

For patients under insurance/corporate, you are required to provide us with a Guarantee Letter for your prescription and a scanned copy of your original/certified true copy of the prescription before we are able to prepare your medications.

For patients who are self-pay, we will require a scanned copy of your original/certified true copy of the prescription, and you will have to make payment via bank transfer before we are able to prepare your medications.

14. Can I return or exchange medications through the pharmacy drive-thru?

No, you may not return or exchange medications through the drive-thru. Please visit our pharmacy counter if you wish to return or exchange medications.

15. Can I request for same day drive-thru service for my medications as I am running low on stock?
