The job holder will provide counseling, professional care, and speech therapy treatment as needed, while building rapport with patients and promoting departmental services.

• Conduct therapy sessions according to schedule.
• Provide on-call, after-hours, and staggered services as needed.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and advise on follow-up treatment.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient progress notes.
• Report progress to consultants.
• Ensure accurate patient charging.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, staff, and clinicians.
• Participate in internal training and patient education.
• Stay up to date with trends and therapy techniques.
• Maintain departmental statistics and records.
• Oversee equipment safety and maintenance.
• Assist in service marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support quality initiatives at department and hospital levels.
