Application form for Occupational Therapist (Paediatric)

Responsibilities**

Provide paediatric OT assessments, therapy sessions, and treatment plans.
Support developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skill needs.
Guide parents/caregivers on home activities and follow-up care.
Prepare accurate progress notes and reports for in-patients and out-patients.
Work closely with paediatricians and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements*

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably with paediatric cases.
Good communication skills and ability to engage well with children and families.
