Responsibilities**

Oversee and drive quality management and improvement programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, enhance patient care, and promote continuous quality improvement.

Requirements*

Minimum Diploma/Degree.
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare-related work, preferably in a hospital.
Strong knowledge of accreditation standards (MSQH, JCI, ISO) and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated leadership and change-management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality improvement methodologies.
