2What can I expect from MyHealth360?

You will be able to access the following features* upon registration.

  • Appointments - You can select your preferred hospital and specialist, view his/her available date and time and make an appointment request conveniently. You will then be notified of your appointment status.
  • My Health Planner - You can set personalized appointment reminders that include medical check-ups, colonoscopy, endoscopy, examination, lab test and more.
  • Medical Records - You can retrieve medical records such as laboratory tests, radiology and health screening reports via app. You can also download and view reports on your device.
  • Health Tracker - An easy-to-use tracker to monitor your health such as blood glucose level, cholesterol level and more.
  • Pre-Registration - Complete your Pre-Registration Forms* via app 48 hours prior to arrival for seamless check-in experience.
    *Applicable to both self-paying and insurance / corporate patients.
    • For insurance / corporate patients, upload your guarantee letter (GL) related documents (e.g. appointment card & doctor's referral letter or actual GL) 2 working days prior to your appointment date to expedite GL issuance and pre-registration process.
    • On appointment day, scan QR code to check-in upon arrival at the hospital and meet doctor.
  • Bills & Payment - You can view itemized bills and make online payment via app securely.
