Responsibilities*

The Staff Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) is responsible for performing non-invasive and invasive nursing procedures under the direction of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager, including ECGs and cardiac catheterization-related interventions such as angiography, angioplasty, and pacemaker implantation. They ensure the unit's adherence to policies and procedures, maintain high standards of patient care and safety, oversee equipment maintenance, educate patients and families, manage inventory, participate in training programs, and assist in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements*

Degree/Diploma in Nursing either local or foreign and certified by the Malaysian Nursing Board
Diploma holder with less than 4 years of nursing experience as a Staff Nurse or Degree holder with fresh graduates with 2-4 years of nursing experience as a Staff Nurse
Possess current Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to perform on-call duties or extended hours.
