  1. Handle the registration of foreign patients and arrange the medical repatriation/evacuation cases when needed. 

  1. Provide travel-related assistance to foreign patients. 

  1. Attending foreign patients’ inquiries within an agreed timeline. 

  1. Prepare the center’s relevant reports as required. 

  1. Conduct internal surveys/hospital tours when necessary. 

  1. To perform other related duties as assigned by the superior. 

  1. SPM/Diploma in any related field 

  1. Working experience in a healthcare facility will be an added advantage. 

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  1. Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage.
