Application form for Assistant Medical Records Manager
A. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Certificate in ICD-10 Coding and knowledgeable of accreditation standards (e.g., MSQH, JCI) is an added advantage.
- 3 – 5 years working experience in medical records management or a related field, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Familiar with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical report processes.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare regulations.
B. Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to analyse data and generate reports.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
