GENERAL INFORMATION
WHAT IS SPECIALIST CLINICS COMPLEX (SCC)?
Specialist Clinics Complex (SCC) is the new building that houses our Specialist. Outpatient services which are used to be on Level 5 at the Hospital's main building are now moved to SCC.
WHAT ARE THE OPERATIONAL HOURS FOR SCC?
8:30am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
8:30am to 1:00pm (Saturday)
Closed on Sunday & Public Holiday
GETTING AROUND
HOW DO I GET TO SCC?
You may get to SCC using the elevator to the lobby of the Hospital's main building. Alternatively, you may take the staircase from LG Carpark that will lead you to SCC's main entrance.
FROM THE LOBBY OF THE HOSPITAL’S MAIN BUILDING
You may look up for SCC signages directing you to the SCC.
- Via Ground Floor (Exit/Entrance next to the Pharmacy Department)
- Via Level 1 through the link bridge, please look up for this signage that says, “Link Bridge to SCC”.

You may refer to our Specialist's directory as attached.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR ASSISTANCE TO GUIDE ME AROUND THE HOSPITAL?
Should you need any assistance during your visit, kindly approach any of our Service Ambassador wearing “Ask Me” vest. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Care at 07-560 1000 or approach the Information Counter at the Hospital's main
lobby.
Tips: Information Counter is located on Level G at the Hospital’s main building
WHERE SHOULD I REGISTER?
Kindly proceed to the Treatment Room, Registration, & Payment counter located at SCC on Level 2, 4, or 8 at room no. 5.
Tips: Take the elevator in SCC and head to room no. 5
I AM AN EXISTING PATIENT AND I HAVE A FOLLOW-UP VISIT WITH MY SPECIALIST, WHERE SHOULD I REGISTER?
Kindly proceed to register at the respective clinic where the follow-up appointment was made. You may refer to our Directory as attached.
MY COMPANY COVERS MY OUTPATIENT VISIT. WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
WITHOUT A GUARANTEE LETTER
You may register and request assistance at the Insurance Counter at SCC on Level 4, room no. 5.
WITH A GUARANTEE LETTER
Kindly proceed to the Treatment Room, Registration, & Payment counter located at SCC on Level 2, 4, or 8 at room no. 5.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER REGISTRATION?
After the registration, an assessment / basic screening will be conducted by nurses at room No.5 on the same floor prior to your session with the Specialist.
WHERE SHOULD I GO FOR BLOOD TEST (PHLEBOTOMY)?
If your Specialist requires you to get a blood test, kindly proceed to our Phlebotomy room (next to Endoscopy) located on Level 1 at the Hospital's main building. Follow the signage that says “Phlebotomy”.
Tips: Please use the Link Bridge on Level 1 for easy access to Phlebotomy room.
I NEED TO GET AN X-RAY/ CT SCAN / MRI, WHERE IS THE IMAGING DEPARTMENT?
Kindly proceed to our Imaging Department located on Level G at Hospital's main building.
WHERE DO I COLLECT MY MEDICATION?
If your Specialist prescribes you medication to bring home, kindly proceed to our Pharmacy Department located at the Hospital's main building on Level G.
PAYMENT
WHERE CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?
Kindly proceed to make payment at our Treatment Room, Registration & Payment counter on Level 2, 4, or 8 at room no. 5.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and selected e-payments such as Boost, Wechat Pay, GrabPay, & Alipay.
ADMISSION
MY SPECIALIST REQUIRES ME TO DO COVID-19 SWAB TEST PRIOR TO ADMISSION. WHERE SHALL I GO?
For your safety, the Hospital requires COVID-19 screening prior to admission. Kindly proceed to the Screening Corner located next to the Phlebotomy room on Level 1 at the Hospital's main building.
Tips: Please use the Link Bridge on Level 1 for easy access to Screening Corner.
WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES PRIOR TO ADMISSION?
Once you have your COVID-19 results, kindly proceed to Front Office located on Level G at the Hospital's main building.
For self-paying admission, kindly register at Front Office.
- For patients with Insurance, kindly present your Insurance Medical Card for a Guarantee Letter application.
- You may decide to admit while waiting for Insurance Initial Guarantee Letter or we will contact you once the Insurance Initial Guarantee letter is issued and the preferred bed becomes available.
- Your room preference is subject to your insurance policy, e.g. room board entitlement and room availability. For self-paying patients, your room preference will be subject to room availability.

FACILITY
WHERE ARE NAPPY CHANGING STATION & BREASTFEEDING ROOM LOCATED?
The nappy changing station & breastfeeding room are located at SCC on Level 4, room no. 6.
IS THERE ANY ATM MACHINES WITHIN THE HOSPITAL?
ATM service is available at CIMB Bank located at the Hospital's main building on Level G.
IS THERE ANY F&B & RETAIL OUTLETS WITHIN THE HOSPITAL?
There are several F&B and retail outlets at the Hospital's main building. You will find:
- O’Brien’s, Patio & Milan Florist on Level G next to the Pharmacy Department
- V Cafe opposite the CIMB Bank on Level G
- Gleneagles Kitchen on LG Floor, kindly take the patient’s elevator and proceed to Level LG
