Malaysia, the da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system in November 2022 – the hospital achieved its 250th
robotic-assisted surgery in December 2023, signifying a pivotal moment in revolutionizing patient

GHJ’s primary objective in incorporating robotic-assisted surgery is to optimize patient outcomes. The advanced capabilities of the da Vinci Xi system empower GHJ’s O&G surgical teams to perform
minimally invasive procedures with increased precision. This is particularly beneficial for women
undergoing hysterectomy, myomectomy and complex cases such as multiple uterine fibroids and
deeply infiltrating endometriosis, ultimately resulting in fewer complications and shorter hospital stays for the patients.

smaller incisions, minimal scarring, and faster recovery compared to traditional open surgery. The da
Vinci Xi system enables mothers with children and busy working women to return to their daily lives
