Johor Bahru, 18th March 2025 – Gleneagles Hospital Johor continues its commitment to impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with the return of its Iftar Inspiration Program 2025. This meaningful initiative aims to go beyond traditional charity by combining financial contributions with inspirational engagement to empower underprivileged children.
Hospital Visit and Ramadan Inspiration Program The program took place on 18th March 2025 at Gleneagles Hospital Johor and featured a memorable iftar gathering with children from Rumah Fitrah Qaseh.
Empowering Through Inspiration In addition to donating necessities worth RM10,000, Gleneagles Hospital Johor organized interactive sessions designed to inspire the children’s ambitions. The hospital’s nursing team conducted a demonstration to manage choking and interactive games, while professionals such as Surgeons, Doctors, and Nurses shared insights into their careers to encourage the children to dream big.
YB Ling Tian Soon, Chairman of Johor State Health and Environment, graced the event in support of Gleneagles Hospital Johor’s initiative to uplift the community through education and inspiration.

A ‘New Era’ in Patient Care A highlight of the visit was a tour of Ward Level 7, a ‘new era’ ward equipped with Mindray’s advanced vital signs monitors. These state-of-the-art devices provide comprehensive tools to support clinical decisions, seamlessly integrate vitals with the EMR, and offer both spot check and continuous monitoring to ensure a complete picture of patient health. Additionally, the ward features an integrated rehabilitation centre on the same floor — a unique concept that enhances patient recovery and comfort.
