Application form for Affiliate Management Executive


  • Responsible for overseeing and managing hospital's affiliate marketing program. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners. The main objective is to drive sales and increase revenue through the affiliate channel while ensuring the partners are properly supported.
  • Recruitment and boarding - Identify and recruit new affiliate partners that align with hospital's target audience and goals.
  • Relationship management - Build strong, long-lasting relationship with affiliate partners. To communicate regularly and provide assistance.
  • Performance tracking and reporting - Monitor and track affiliate performance, evaluate effectiveness of promotional efforts and adjust strategies.
  • Campaign optimization - Develop and implement strategies, test different promotional methods to identify what works best.
  • Market research - Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies and competitor strategies.
  • Communication and reporting - Prepare report on performance, offer insights and recommendation for improvement.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Sales for pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance industry managing or servicing key accounts will be an added advantage.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills, accountability, self-motivated, objective and result-oriented and customer focused.
  • Ability to execute efficiently & effectively and adapt rapidly to shifting priorities and new marketplace dynamics.
  • Must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
