Application form for Information Technology Executive (IT Executive)


The IT Executive will provide frontline technical support, focusing primarily on software application management and secondarily on hardware, networking, and peripheral device support. This role is integral in ensuring the seamless operation, continuous improvement, and secure management of hospital-related information systems and technologies, thereby enabling optimal performance and efficiency of clinical and administrative functions within the hospital environment.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT technical support, specifically in application or software support.
  • Previous experience in healthcare application management, Hospital Information System or network support is highly preferred.
  • Proficient troubleshooting and analytical skills for addressing hardware, software and network issues.
  • Skilled in software application training, management, support and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong organizational abilities, including documentation, inventory management and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Solid understanding of network management, cybersecurity practices, peripheral device management and IT standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, adapt to dynamic environments and continuously seek process improvements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills for interacting professionally with hospital staff, management and external suppliers.
  • Flexible to work according to an on-call schedule to provide support as needed.
