Sipika Singh is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Johor, where she provides strategic leadership across the hospital’s operations and growth initiatives. She plays a key role in expanding its international presence while ensuring excellence in patient care. As Gleneagles Hospital Johor builds on its 10-year legacy as a leading tertiary hospital in the southern region, one renowned for clinical excellence and trusted by patients across Malaysia and beyond, Sipika will help guide its continued progress towards these goals. With a focus on driving commercial performance, strengthening partnerships, and elevating patient experience, she is committed to advancing the hospital’s ambition to set new benchmarks for quality and compassion in healthcare.

Sipika joined IHH Healthcare Malaysia in 2021 as Chief Commercial Officer. Her responsibilities encompass marketing, sales, analytics, call centre operations, medical tourism, doctor recruitment, and digital transformation. Under Sipika's leadership, the company has enhanced its brand presence and established itself as a leader in medical tourism initiatives. She spearheaded the Partners Management Programme, has been pivotal in leading digital initiatives such as the launch of the health management mobile app, MyHealth360, and developed a strategic framework for doctor recruitment. Additionally, she has led the setting up of the consolidated contact centre and contributed to overall business growth.

With over 25 years of experience in business and leadership including roles at Fortune 500 companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, and Arthur Andersen, Sipika has a strong understanding of P&L management, commercial growth strategy, and key account management. Sipika is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Indian School of Business and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
